Break out room discussions
We have prepared an interactive session in break out rooms. This interactive session is tailored towards the exchange between research and practice about challenges and opportunities of negotiation research. The break out rooms will be a mix of researchers and practitioners and the aim is to discuss current challenges for negotiation research and/or practice and discuss possible solutions and approaches. The outcomes of this interactive session will later be shared on our website.
Rapid fire presentations
1. Jens Mazei: Men negotiate assertively - for salary, not flexible working hours.
2. Charlotte Vaaßen: The role of fault lines in representative negotiations - preliminary results.
