We are pleased to invite you to our next event of the E4C-European Continuous Conference on Collaborative Conflict, focused on conflict management in startups.

Interactive Program
including keynote speaker, discussion, rapid fire, and the exchange between practitioners and academics about challenges and opportunities of managing conflict in startups to help them thrive.
We are excited to welcome Lindy Greer as our keynote speaker. Lindy is Professor of Management and Organizations at the University of Michigan, School of Business. Previously, she taught at Stanford, Erasmus and the University of Amsterdam. Lindy is one of the world leading experts in team dynamics and conflict management, also in startups. Lindy will share her overall perspective and experience on startups, the role of people issues in startup survival and on how to cultivate open and constructive conflict.
In the rapid-fire session we have short presentations by Karlijn Koek: “The startup love lab - cofounders in conflict”, Gosia Kozusznik: “You make me sick. Startup conflict and health”, and Irene Sanchez: “Conflict management in startups - Taking Off Start-Ups Journey”.
