Division 1
Division 1 focuses on understanding, explaining and shaping attitudes and behaviour in organizational settings and identifying conditions that promote motivation, creativity, competency, teamwork, leadership, health and wellbeing, as well as the central role of human resources in strategic organizational planning.

Polish Association of Organizational Psychology (PSPO)
The Polish Association of Organizational Psychology (PAOP) is self-governing public organization created and working on the basis of self-governance, law, openness, free will and equality of its members according to the Constitution of Poland, Polish legislation and regulations.

International Association for Conflict Management (IACM)
IACM fosters an exchange of information and ideas about social conflict from all disciplines and across all levels of society.
To fulfill this mission, the Association will have the following activities:
Conduct an annual conference.
Publish a journal.
Publish a newsletter and other publications as needed to promote the Association and the annual conference.
Recognize, via awards, meritorious contributions to theory, research, and practice that corresponds with IACM content areas.
Conduct other activities to further the mission of the organization by the Board of Directors and other members of the Association.
